Rezkinov stressed the importance of armored vehicles in the front line of defense to protect the Ukrainian army. He also gave many awards to the workers who had produced the T-84 Oplot Tank.

More than twenty years ago, the Kharkiv Malyshev factory delivered ten T-84 Oplots to the Ukrainian army. Until now there are only about six to five tanks that are still active, so the existence of these tanks is quite rarely seen on the battlefield.

The T-84 Oplot Tank was introduced to the public in 2009, this combat vehicle has a navigation system, an optoelectronic countermeasures complex, a thermal imaging sight, and a combination and anti-radar protection system.

The travel distance that can be reached using this tank reaches 500 km when the fuel tank is full.

The maximum speed is 70 km/h on the highway, and 45 km/h on steep terrain. On the defensive side, the Ukrainian tank has been fitted with more advanced armor, namely the Explosive Reactive Armor (ERA) package known as Kontakt-5, and a new electronic countermeasures system.
