For Ukraine, Lithuanians Joint Venture to Buy Bayraktar TB2 Drone for 5 Million Euros

International Military - Ukraine's neighbor, Lithuania, seems to have caught the public's attention. How not, because Lithuanians are known to collect donations to buy Bayraktar TB2 from Turkey. Later, a donation worth 5 million euros will be given to Ukraine. The time for donations is estimated at three weeks.

 Quoted from Bulgarian Military, as part of a donation campaign initiated by Lithuanian journalist Andrius Tapinas, Lithuanians raised money to buy Bayraktar TB2 MALE for Ukraine. Tapinas noted that a "green light" had been received from the Lithuanian and Turkish Ministry of Defense for the donation campaign, and Baykar, maker of the Bayraktar TB2 MALE, said "yes" to the campaign.

The amount of donations collected so far has reached 1.485 million euros. A donation of 1,150 euros per minute is made to the campaign. The €1 million threshold was crossed in just 8 hours. Residents who donate are also asked to spread the campaign using the hashtag #bayraktarasUkrainai.

As is well known, Bayraktar TB2 has indeed succeeded in achieving brilliant effectiveness in its operation. Reporting from AP News, this drone can be said to be a source of power for Ukraine. Where it is known that Bayraktar TB2 is able to make Ukraine able to survive various Russian attacks.

The onboard avionics suite with a triple avionics system includes units that allow for fully autonomous taxiing, takeoff, landing and cruise.
