After Victory in Mariupol, Russia Attacks Military Facilities in Odessa

As a result of this missile attack, it was reported that five people were killed and eighteen were undergoing intensive treatment. The attack carried out by Russia was also confirmed by the Southern Air Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Not only that, quoted from the irish times, the Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba also raised his voice. "The only aim of the Russian missile attack on Odesa is terror," Dymtro said in a post on his personal Twitter account.
