Moscow - Rostec through the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) has again sent a new group of Su-34M which in another code is called Su-34NVO. It was not stated how many units were sent, but it was said that this aircraft was an improved variant with the latest combat capabilities of the Su-34.

The Su-34M is equipped with a new, more powerful engine, namely the Saturn AL-41F1S. The same engine is used by the Su-35S and Su-57. The AL-41F1S engine is a derivative variant of the AL-41F1 engine. The AL-41F1S delivers 8.8 tonnes (86.30 kN) dry thrust. Meanwhile, when using the afterburner, it provides a thrust of 14 tons (137.3 kN)

The new engine on the Su-34M has a 3% increase in fan diameter. The AL-41F1S also has an increased service life of up to 4,000 flight hours. With this new engine, the Su-34's maneuverability is slightly greater than before. With this new engine, the Su-34's ability to carry weapons has also increased.
